逍遥丸治疗乳腺纤维腺瘤术后性激素水平的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨逍遥丸对乳腺纤维腺瘤患者术后性激素水平的影响。方法在我院收治的乳腺纤维腺瘤患者中选取92例作为研究对象,病例收治时间为2018年5月至2019年5月,所有患者均接受手术治疗,手术完成后将患者以抽签法分成两组,各46例。对照组在手术后予以定期随访,观察组在手术后予以定期随访加口服逍遥丸治疗。对比两组患者术后性激素水平、免疫功能水平及复发情况。结果两组患者治疗前孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、E2/P指标水平对比(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后P、E2、E2/P对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组P、E2、E2/P低于对照组。两组患者治疗前免疫功能指标CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平对比(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平对比(P<0.05),且观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组。观察组再发率低于对照组1年再发率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺纤维腺瘤手术治疗后加服逍遥丸,能帮助患者调节机体的性激素水平和免疫功能,同时还可降低纤维腺瘤的再发风险。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoyao Pill on postoperative sex hormone level in patients with breast fibroadenoma.Methods 92 patients with breast fibroadenoma in our hospital were selected as the research object.The treatment time was from May 2018 to may 2019.All patients received surgical treatment.After the operation,the patients were divided into two groups by lot,46 cases in each group.The control group was followed up regularly after operation,and the observation group was followed up regularly after operation and treated with oral Xiaoyao Pill.The levels of sex hormone,immune function and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of progesterone(P),estradiol(E2)and E2/P were compared between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);The comparison of P,E2 and E2/P between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and P,E2 and E2/P in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The levels of immune function indexes CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+were compared between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);The levels of CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8+was lower than that in the control group.The 1-year recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion taking Xiaoyao Pill after breast fibroadenoma surgery can help patients adjust their sex hormone level and immune function,and reduce the risk of recurrence of fibroadenoma.
