摘　　要：在领导干部所有能力中,政治能力是领头和管总的。加强理论教育和培训,是领导干部政治能力提升的前提和基本途径。马克思主义理论教育为领导干部牢固树立政治理想、正确把握政治方向、坚定站稳政治立场、严格遵守政治纪律、自觉强化政治担当奠定了理论基础。把习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想摆在干部教育培训最突出位置,为领导干部全面系统准确地把握和践行"国之大者"、系统提升对政治能力的认识、时刻警惕并自觉解决政治能力不强问题提供了思想指导和行动指南。理论教育质量,特别是读原著学原文悟原理、理论联系实际、党校教师队伍建设的质量,为理论教育提升领导干部政治能力提供了保证。Among all the abilities of leading cadres,the political ability is in the first place.To strengthen theoretical education and training is the premise and basis to enhance the ability.The theoretical education of Marxism has laid a foundation for the leading cadres to firmly establish their political ideals,keep to the correct political orientation,take a firm political stand,strictly observe the political discipline and consciously strengthen their political responsibilities.Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era should be placed in the prominent position of the education,which provides ideological and action guide for the leading cadres to comprehensively and systematically grasp and practice the system of putting the people first,improve their understanding of political ability and constantly maintain vigilant and consciously change their weak political ability.The high quality of theoretical education,especially,the good comprehension of the originals,the close integration of theory with practice and good teachers,can guarantee the enhancement of the leading cadres’political ability through theoretical education.
