摘  要:为实现冲压自动化生产的在线检测,设计了一套基于双目视觉及激光测量融合的冲压件尺寸测量系统。该系统将平面尺寸和高度尺寸的测量集成在同一系统中,针对一个含有落料、冲孔、拉深、折弯及翻边等工艺特征的冲压件,首先,利用图像增强和自适应阈值二值化等算法对双目相机所采集的冲压件图像进行处理;然后,通过最小二乘法圆拟合进行轮廓的提取及绘制,精确测量该冲压件的平面尺寸;并基于激光三角测量原理,采用正入射的测量方法,使用两条线激光对冲压件的高度尺寸进行测量,从而得出冲压件的三维尺寸。经智能冲压生产线实际测量的统计数据表明,该系统的检测速度小于3.5 s·件^(-1),正确率为99%,能满足在线测量的需求。In order to realize the on-line inspection of stamping automation production,a set of stamping part size measurement system based on the fusion of binocular vision and laser measurement was designed,which integrated the measurement of plane size and height size in the same system.For a stamping part with process features such as blanking,punching,deep drawing,bending and flanging,first,the image of the stamping part collected by the binocular camera was processed based on the image enhancement and the adaptive threshold binarization algorithms,etc.,and then the extraction and drawing of the contour were conducted by the least squares circle fitting to accurately measure the plane size of the stamping part.Based on the principle of laser triangulation measuring and the normal incidence measure method,the height dimension of the stamping part was measured by using two lines emitted by lasers,so as to obtain the three-dimensional size of the stamping part.The statistical data which were actually measured by the intelligent stamping production line show that the detection speed of the system is less than 3.5 s per piece,and the accuracy rate is 99%,which can meet the needs of on-line measurement.
