摘  要:目的探讨乳腺癌组织中JMJD3和CD163的表达及其与乳腺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法收集乳腺癌及其癌旁组织47对,免疫组化法检测乳腺癌组织中JMJD3与CD163的表达,分析它们与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果JMJD3主要表达于乳腺癌细胞核内,在乳腺癌中的表达显著高于癌旁组织(P=0.000),JMJD3的表达与乳腺癌的TNM分期、雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)表达及淋巴结转移有关(P=0.012、0.032、0.005、0.000);CD163主要表达于乳腺癌组织间隙中,定位于细胞膜和细胞质内,巢状分布,在乳腺癌组织中表达显著高于癌旁组织(P=0.000),CD163的表达与乳腺癌的TNM分期、PR表达及淋巴结转移有关(P=0.014、0.001、0.000)。Spearman相关性分析显示乳腺癌细胞JMJD3的表达与CD163的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.635,P=0.000)。结论JMJD3和CD163在乳腺癌中高表达,两者表达呈正相关,乳腺癌间质中的CD163+巨噬细胞可能调控乳腺癌中JMJD3表达,与乳腺癌的发展和转移有关。Objective To explore the expression of JMJD3 and CD163 in breast cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of JMJD3 and CD163 in paraffin-embedded tissue sections from 47 pairs of breast cancer and their adjacent tissues.The relationship between the expression of JMJD3 and CD163 with clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results JMJD3 was mainly expressed in breast cancer tissues,located in the nucleus,and its expression in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P=0.000).The higher expression of JMJD3 was related to higher TNM stage,lower ER,PR expression and lymph node metastasis(P=0.012,0.032,0.005,0.000).CD163 was mainly expressed in the interstitial space of breast cancer tissues,located in the cell membrane and cytoplasm.The expression of CD163 in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P=0.000).The higher expression of CD163 was related to higher TNM stage,lower PR expression and lymph node metastasis(P=0.014,0.001,0.000).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of JMJD3 in breast cancer was positively correlated with the expression of CD163(r=0.635,P=0.000).Conclusion JMJD3 and CD163 were highly expressed in breast cancer,and were closely related to the development and metastasis of breast cancer.CD163+macrophages might regulate the expression of JMJD3 in breast cancer.
