摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺激素检测在慢性重型肝炎患者肝移植围手术期的意义。方法:回顾分析我院39例慢性重型肝炎患者肝移植围手术期甲状腺激素与心率、病程以及病情的关系。结果:慢性重型肝炎患者在围手术期甲状腺激素水平及心率明显低于健康人群。另外,慢性重型肝炎患者术前胆红素水平越高则甲状腺激素水平越低;病程越长心率越慢。结论:慢性重型肝炎患者肝移植围手术期甲状腺功能检测判断病情、指导围手术期治疗有着重要的意义。Objective:To investigate the significance of thyroid hormone detection in the perioperative period of liver transplantation in patients with chronic severe hepatitis.Methods:The relationship between thyroid hormone and heart rate,course of disease and condition of 39 patients with chronic severe hepatitis during liver transplantation was analyzed retrospectively.Results:The perioperative thyroid hormone level and heart rate of patients with chronic severe hepatitis were significantly lower than those of healthy people.In addition,the higher the preoperative bilirubin level,the lower the thyroid hormone level in patients with chronic severe hepatitis.The longer the course of disease,the slower the heart rate.Conclusion:It is of great significance to detect the thyroid function of patients with chronic severe hepatitis in perioperative period and to guide the perioperative treatment.
