摘 要:为了研究冷却时间t_(8/5)对X100钢级管线钢焊接接头粗晶区组织性能的影响,采用单丝埋弧焊堆焊X100钢级管线钢板,利用热电偶和函数记录仪等设备测量了粗晶区的冷却时间t_(8/5),分别采用最小二乘法拟合与拉格朗日插值得到t_(8/5)的计算公式,并对理论经验公式、最小二乘法拟合公式与拉格朗日插值公式计算结果进行了试验验证。验证结果表明,最小二乘法拟合公式的计算结果和测量值最接近,可以用来计算X100钢级管线钢热影响区粗晶区的冷却时间t_(8/5),也为合理制定X100钢级管线钢的焊接工艺提供了重要依据。In order to study the effect of cooling time t_(8/5) on the microstructure and properties of coarse grain zone of X100 pipeline steel welded joint,single wire submerged arc welding surfacing X100 pipeline steel plate was used.The cooling time t_(8/5) of coarse grain zone was measured by thermocouple and function recorder.The calculation formula of t_(8/5) was obtained by least squares fitting and lagrange interpolation respectively.The calculation results of least squares fitting formula and Lagrange interpolation formula are verified by the experiments.The verification results show that the calculation results of the least square fitting formula of are closest to the measured values,which can be used to calculate the cooling time t_(8/5) of the coarse grain zone in the heat affected zone of X100 pipeline steel,and also provide an important basis for reasonably formulating the welding process of X100 pipeline steel.
