摘 要:【目的】开展西南地区荞麦根结线虫发生危害与前茬作物及苦荞产量的相关性研究,为该地区苦荞生产合理布局和根结线虫绿色防控提供理论依据。【方法】以苦荞为试验材料,采用大田调查和人工接种试验,分析苦荞根结线虫发生危害与前茬作物及苦荞产量的相关性。【结果】前茬作物为烤烟,荞麦根结线虫发生危害最为严重,发病株率为60.47%,病情指数为23.25;其次为甘蓝,发病株率为11.95%,病情指数为3.31;玉米、马铃薯、玉米和马铃薯套种、油菜及辣椒等前茬作物,荞麦根结线虫发生危害较轻,发病株率在均5%以下,病情指数在1.00以下;玛卡和休闲地,没有发现荞麦根结线虫危害。荞麦根结线虫病害级别和病情指数与苦荞产量的线性相关方程式分别为y=-0.4175x+3.086,R^(2)=0.1473,y=-4.604x+600.35,R^(2)=0.1652,2个方程式的a值分别为-0.4175和-4.604,R^(2)值分别为0.1473和0.1652。【结论】荞麦根结线虫的发生与危害,与前茬作物密切相关,其中烟后种植苦荞,根结线虫发生危害最重,玛卡和休闲地没有根结线虫病发生;根结线虫病对苦荞产量的影响虽然呈负相关,但相关性较弱。【Objective】The correlation between the occurrence and harm of buckwheat root knot nematode and the previous crops and Tartary buckwheat yield in Southwest China was studied,which could provide a theoretical basis for the rational distribution of Tartary buckwheat production and the green prevention and control of root knot nematode in this area.【Method】Tartary buckwheat was used as experimental material,and field investigation and artificial inoculation experiment were used to analyze the correlation between root knot nematode damage and previous crops and yield of Tartary buckwheat.【Result】The results showed that when the previous crop was tobacco,the occurrence and harm of buckwheat root knot nematode was the most serious,and the incidence rate was 60.47%and the disease index was 23.25.The second was cabbage,the incidence rate was 11.95%and the disease index was 3.31.when previous crops was maize,potato,maize and potato interplanting,rapeseed and pepper,respectively the root knot nematode was less harmful,the incidence rate was less than 5%and the disease index was less than 1.00.No harm of root knot nematode was found in Maca and fallow land.The linear correlation equations of disease grade and disease index of root knot nematode to yield of Tartary Buckwheat were y=-0.4175x+3.086,R^(2)=0.1473,y=-4.604x+600.35,R^(2)=0.1652,respectively.The a values of the two equations were-0.4175 and-4.604,the R^(2)values were 0.1473 and 0.1652,respectively.【Conclusion】The occurrence and harm of buckwheat root knot nematode were closely related to the previous crops.Among them,the root knot nematode was the most harmful when planting Tartary buckwheat after tobacco,and there was no root knot nematode disease in Maka and leisure land.Although the effect of root knot nematode disease on the yield of Tartary buckwheat was negatively correlated,the correlation was low.
