摘　　要：城市文明发展速度的加快,人们快节奏的日常生活,催生了众多的新兴经济行业。随着人们精神物质文化需求的不断增加,夜消费成为人们在日常生活工作当中放松的一种形式,在夜间更为自由的活动时间当中衍生出了更加丰富的活动内容。夜生活的美好带动了城市的夜经济发展,长沙作为中国最具幸福感的十大城市之一,其夜生活的美好来源于当地特色美食的助力发展,促使夜食成为夜经济的重要内容。The acceleration of urban civilization development speed,people’s fast-paced daily life has spawned numerous emerging economic industries.As people’s spiritual,material and cultural needs constantly increase,night consumption has become a form of people to relax in their daily life and work.A richer activity content in the more free activity time at night,the beautiful nightlife has driven the development of the night economy in the city.Among them,Changsha is one of the top 10 happiest cities in China,its beautiful nightlife comes from the assisted development of local specialty food,night eating has become an important part of the night economy.
