铸就冠军自主培养之路:《奥运争光计划》下高等体育院校的责任担当——基于沈阳体育学院近40年探索的总结

摘　　要：一直以来,体育院校为实现《奥运争光计划》的战略目标发挥着重要作用。新时代,在加快推进体育强国建设、助力中华民族伟大复兴使命中,体育院校如何更加精准定位、提高《奥运争光计划》的贡献度,需要从历史和现实的角度寻找依据和启示。本文采用文献分析法、历史分析法对我国体育院校培养奥运冠军的模式进行了回溯,全面深刻地剖析了沈阳体育学院近40年在冬季、夏季奥运会自主培养一批奥运冠军的典型案例,分析了奥运冠军自主培养模式,揭示了自主办学机制、开放办学机制、体教融合机制、多元协同机制的重要作用。在深度分析新时代对体育院校竞技体育人才自主培养需求的基础上,提出了全面延伸体教融合人才培养链、充分发挥多元共治共享效能、打造精准化自主培养体系和推进科技化培养的基本思路。Sports colleges and universities have always played an important role for achieving the goal of the Olympic Glory Program.In the new era,in the process of accelerating the construction of a sports power and helping the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,how sports colleges and universities locate more accurately and improve the contribution to the Olympic glory program needs to find basis and enlightenment from the perspective of history and reality.Using the methods of literature analysis and historical analysis,this paper traces back the model of cultivating Olympic champions in China’s sports colleges and universities,comprehensively and profoundly analyzes the typical cases of Shenyang Sport University in independently cultivating a number of Olympic champions in the winter and summer Olympic Games for nearly 40 years,and analyzes the independent training model of Olympic champions.It reveals the important role of independent school running mechanism,open school running mechanism,sports and education integration mechanism and multiple coordination mechanism.Based on the in-depth analysis of the demand for self-cultivation of competitive sports talents in sports colleges and universities in the new era,this paper puts forward the basic ideas of comprehensively extending the talent training chain of sports and education integration,giving full play to the efficiency of multiple co-governance and sharing,building an accurate self-cultivation system and promoting scientific and technological training.
