摘  要:目前,中国快速增长的城市人口给电梯建设带来了巨大的挑战。为了提高电梯运行效率,提出了一种新的电梯集群控制系统。对西门子S7-300 PLC系统中央控制系统进行了创新和改进,从电梯乘客呼梯信号、客流类型及始终层进行控制系统升级,实现对客流结构模型的创造性设计。设计了电梯集群控制中的电梯防撞、入离编队和最短派梯路径策略。试验结果表明,经过创新和改进后的电梯集群控制系统的客流预测精准度达到了95.48%;在电梯多路径跟驰方面,制动时间控制在8.3~10.2 s,能够最大限度地保证电梯的运行安全。本系统提高了电梯集群控制的精准度与安全度,为我国电梯集群控制提供了一套行之有效的参考方案。The current fast-growing urban population in China brings great challenges to elevator construction.To improve the efficiency of elevator operation, a new elevator cluster control system is analyzed and designed.The central control system of Siemens S7-300 PLC system is innovated and improved. The control system is upgraded from elevator passenger call signal, passenger flow type and always layer, and creative design of passenger flow structure model is realized. Elevator anti-collision, entry and exit formation and shortest dispatch path strategies in elevator cluster control are designed.The test results show that the innovative and improved elevator cluster control system achieves 95.48% accuracy of passenger flow prediction.In terms of elevator multi-path following, the braking time is controlled at 8.3~10.2 s, which can guarantee the elevator operation safety to the maximum.This system improves the accuracy and safety of elevator cluster control and provides a set of effective reference solutions for elevator cluster control in China.
