摘  要:目的探讨全息影像三维可视化技术在机器人肾部分切除术术前规划中的应用价值。方法回顾2018年9月至2021年2月期间7例接受机器人肾部分切除术(RAPN)的患者资料。术前通过全息影像观察肾动、静脉是否存在变异,并评价全息影像对肾肿瘤的大小、位置立体显示效果及其与周围血管的关系。结果本组7例患者,全息影像显示肾动脉变异3例:多支肾动脉2例,肾动脉过早分支1例。肾静脉变异3例:主动脉后左肾静脉1例,两支右肾静脉1例,右肾静脉汇合过晚1例。术前所测肿瘤最大径平均(3.97±1.77)cm。7例RAPN手术均获成功。结论全息影像可清晰显示肾动脉和肾静脉变异,直观的显示肾肿瘤的大小、位置以及与周围血管等情况,有助于机器人肾部分切除术的术前规划。Objective To explore the clinical application of holographic image three-dimensional visualization technology in robot-assisted partial nephrectomy(RAPN).Methods Data of 7 patients treated with RAPN during Sep.2018 and Feb.2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The variants of renal arteries and veins were observed with holographic images.The effects of holographic images on the size and location of renal tumors and the relationship with peripheral blood vessels were evaluated.Results Holographic images showed renal artery variants in 3 cases,including multiple renal arteries in 2 cases and early branching of renal artery in 1 case,and renal vein variants in 3 cases,including aortic left renal vein in 1 case,2 right renal veins in 1 case,and late confluence of right renal vein in 1 case.The preoperative mean diameter of tumors was(3.97±1.77)cm.Conclusion Holographic images can clearly show the variants of renal arteries and veins,and directly show the size,location and adjacent vessels of renal tumors,which is helpful for preoperative planning before RAPN.
