摘  要:大学行政化是对大学学术文化的异化,并对高校教师的学术信念产生了一定的冲击。这种冲击和影响具体表现为:在大学文化、管理体制和利益机制的作用下,高校教师的学科信念成为不稳定的存在;院校信念从学术共同体向行政共同体趋向转变;职业信念面临学术利他主义与精致利己主义的抉择;高等教育系统信念中学本位与官本位的价值判断遭遇冲突。鉴于此,高校教师坚守学术信念不仅成为有效抑制行政化的需要,也是大学回归学术本真的考量。University administration is the alienation of university academic culture,which has a certain impact on the academic belief of university teachers.This kind of impact and influence is embodied in the unstable existence of teachers subject belief,the tendency of institutional belief to change from academic community to administrative community,the choice between academic altruism and refined egoism in vocational belief,the conflict between the value judgment of high school based belief and official based belief in higher education system.These influences originate from the culture,management and the mechanism of interest of the university.Therefore,in this context,college teachers adherence to academic faith is not only a need to effectively restrain the administration,but also a consideration to return to the true academic nature of the university.
