摘　　要：探讨DK903型梳棉机电气控制系统的智能化升级改造问题。为了解决老旧进口梳棉机长时间使用后电气器件严重老化、部分电气件采购困难、维护保养成本高,但是机械部分完好亟需升级改造的问题,以DK903型梳棉机为例,制定出电气控制系统的国产化替换升级改造方案,实施改造后梳棉机设备性能和产品质量均达到改造前水平。认为:该改造方案效果较好,适用于类似国产梳棉机型的电气控制升级改造。Intelligent update and modification of the electrical control system for DK903 carding machine were discussed.In order to solve the problems of old imported carding machine after long time usage,partial electrical parts were difficult to purchase,the maintenance cost was high,but the machinery parts were good and the update and modification were urgently needed,the update and modification scheme to replace the domestic electrical control system was established with DK903 carding machine as an example. After modification,the carding machine performance and the quality of the products were both reached the level before modification.It is considered that the modification effect is better.It is suitable for the update and modification of the electric control system for the similar domestic carding machines.
