摘　　要：社会文化发展背景下公民的终身教育已成为个人全面发展的重要需求,公共图书馆作为具有教育使命和职能的公共文化服务机构,理应承担为公民提供终身教育服务的重任。文章采用扎根理论对访谈资料进行三级编码处理,以公民需求和服务客体按龄分类为导向,构建我国公共图书馆面向公众终身教育的服务体系。Under the background of social and cultural development,lifelong education of citizens has become an important requirement for the overall development of individuals.As a public cultural service organization with educational mission and functions,public library should take on the important task of providing citizens with lifelong education.This study uses grounded theoretical research method to process the interview data with three levels of coding.Guided by the needs of citizens and the age classification of service objects,a service system for public lifelong education of public libraries in China is finally built.
