大历史观视野下中国共产党解决农民问题的百年实践及其启示

摘　　要：农民问题始终贯穿中国共产党的奋斗历程,是中国革命、建设和改革的根本问题。中国共产党解决农民问题的百年实践经历了新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期、中国特色社会主义新时代四个历史阶段。党解决农民问题的实践探索蕴含着历史任务变迁中的农民使命担当,基本国情未变下的农民要素力量,生产力和生产关系的矛盾运动现实,国家现代化征程中的农民补短选择等内在逻辑。党解决农民问题的实践探索也给予我们深刻的启示,主要是:坚持党对农民工作的领导是解决好农民问题的首要前提,充分调动农民的积极性是解决好农民问题的重要基础,坚持群众路线是解决好农民问题的根本原则,保障农民利益是解决好农民问题的关键所在。The issue of farmers runs through the struggle process of the Communist Party of China,and is the fundamental issue of China′s revolution,construction and reform.The centenary practice of the CPC in solving farmers′problems has experienced four historical stages,namely,the period of new democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the period of reform,opening up and socialist modernization,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The Party′s practical exploration of solving farmers′problems contains the inherent logic of farmers′mission in the change of historical tasks,the strength of farmers′factors under the unchanged basic national conditions,the reality of the contradiction between productivity and production relations,and the choice of farmers in the journey of national modernization.The Party′s practical exploration of solving farmers′problems also gives us profound enlightenment,which are mainly as follows:adhering to the Party′s leadership over farmers′work is the primary premise for solving farmers′problems,fully mobilizing farmers′enthusiasm is an important basis for solving farmers′problems,adhering to the mass line is the fundamental principle for solving farmers′problems,and protecting farmers′interests is the key to solving farmers′problems.
