摘  要:多药耐药(MDR)是局部晚期鼻咽癌化疗失败的主要原因。鼻咽癌MDR的发生发展是一个涉及多种因素、多种途径的复杂过程,但其机制尚不十分明确。因此阐明鼻咽癌MDR的分子机制,有利于寻找耐药敏感靶标,从而提高治疗效果。中药中的活性成分作为天然的肿瘤MDR逆转剂是近年来研究的热点。本文从影响药物外排、细胞凋亡、DNA损伤修复、细胞自噬和EMT以及解毒酶活性、细胞焦亡和肿瘤微环境等方面探讨鼻咽癌MDR产生的分子机制,并对中药中的活性成分逆转鼻咽癌MDR的研究进展进行综述。Multidrug resistance(MDR)is the main cause of chemotherapy failure in locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.The occurrence and development of MDR in nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a complex process involving multiple factors and pathways,but its mechanism is still unclear.Therefore,elucidating the molecular mechanism of MDR in nasopharyngeal carcinoma is conducive to finding sensitive targets for drug resistance,so as to improve the therapeutic effect.In recent years,the active components in traditional Chinese medicine as natural tumor MDR reversal agents have been the focus of research.In this paper,we discussed the molecular mechanism of MDR in nasopharyngeal carcinoma from the aspects of drug efflux,cell apoptosis,DNA damage repair,autophagy and EMT,detoxification enzyme activity,pyroptosis and tumor microenvironment,and reviewed the research progress of MDR reversal in nasopharyngeal carcinoma by the active components in traditional Chinese medicine.
