乳脉通络洗剂治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究乳脉通络洗剂治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的临床效果。方法:选取2019年01月至2020年03月期间内我院普外科收治的乳腺癌相关性上肢淋巴水肿患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组采用佩戴弹力绷带同时配合局部功能锻炼,治疗组在物理疗法的基础上外敷中药乳脉通络洗剂治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后腕横纹上10 cm和肘横纹上10 cm周径变化及主观FCAT-B+4量表评分。结果:治疗后治疗组腕横纹上10 cm处周径为(21.67±3.19)cm,对照组为(22.68±3.26)cm;治疗组肘横纹上10 cm处周径为(28.82±2.96)cm,对照组为(29.58±3.18)cm;治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组为66.67%,治疗组主观症状FCAT-B+4量表评分为(3.14±3.04)分,对照组为(5.96±3.12)分。以上两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳脉通络洗剂外敷能够显著缓解乳腺癌术后上肢水肿,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。Objective:To study the clinical effect of rumaitongluo lotion on the treatment of upper-limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Methods:To select 60 patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema from January 2019 to March 2020 in the general surgery department in our hospital,randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group had 30 cases.The control group used elastic bandage and local functional exercise at the same time,the treatment group was treated with rumaitongluo lotion on the basis of physical therapy.The changes of the circumference of 10 cm on the transverse wrist and 10 cm on the transverse elbow and the scores of subjective FCAT-B+4 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,circumference at 10 cm on the transverse line of wrist of treatment group was(21.67±3.19)cm,control group was(22.68±3.26)cm,circumference at 10cm on the elbow transverse line of treatment group was(28.82±2.96)cm,control group was(29.58±3.18)cm.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,control group was 66.67%.The score of FCAT-B+4 with subjective symptomes in the treatment group was(3.14±3.04),control group was(5.96±3.12),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external application of rumaitongluo lotion can significantly alleviate upper-limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery,improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth popularizing.
