摘　　要：目的:通过对肾上腺淋巴管瘤病例的总结分析,增强对该病的了解,为肾上腺淋巴管瘤的临床诊治提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的8例肾上腺淋巴管瘤患者临床资料,结合文献对肾上腺淋巴管瘤患者的临床症状、影像学特征、治疗手段、病理表现及预后等进行总结与分析。结果:8例患者中首发病例7例,复发病例1例,中位诊断年龄34岁,男女比例3∶5,均行手术完整切除肿瘤,微创手术6例,开放手术2例,预后良好,随访2个月至3年不等,未见复发及转移迹象。结论:肾上腺淋巴管瘤临床表现多样,伴随症状可有高血压、腰部不适、头晕及腹胀呕吐等。超声、CT及MRI等影像手段可辅助诊断,确诊需依赖病理。肿瘤经手术完整切除后预后良好,单纯行囊肿穿刺抽吸或去顶减压术肿瘤易复发。Objective:To enhance the understanding of adrenal lymphangioma by summarizing and analyzing the cases of adrenal lymphangioma,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of adrenal lymphangioma.Methods:The clinical data of 8 patients with adrenal lymphangioma admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical symptoms,imaging features,treatment methods,pathological manifestations and prognosis of adrenal lymphangioma were summarized and analyzed in combination with literature.Results:Among the 8 patients,7 were the first case and 1 was the recurrence case.The median diagnostic age was 34 years old.The ratio of male to female was 3∶5.All patients underwent complete resection of tumors,including 6 minimally invasive operations and 2 open operations.The prognosis was good.Follow-up ranged from 2 months to 3 years.No signs of recurrence and metastasis were found.Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of adrenal lymphangioma are varied.The accompanying symptoms include hypertension,lumbar discomfort,dizziness,abdominal distension and vomiting.Ultrasound,CT and MRI can assist diagnosis,and the diagnosis depends on pathology.The prognosis of the tumors is good after complete resection.Cyst aspiration or de-roofing decompression alone is prone to recurrence.
