基于体用关系辨析《伤寒杂病论》中“热入血室”

摘　　要：《伤寒杂病论》最早提出血室的概念,但关于其具体的解剖位置,历代医家观点不一。血室之争,根源在于中医重用而轻体、体用不平衡。血室以气血汇聚之处的功能命名,从字形字义也难以揣测其形状与解剖位置。从《伤寒论》第97条、第143条以及第145条可以推测,血室可以理解为肝的别称。妇人经期,"血弱气尽腠理开,邪气因入",此又名"热入血室",期门刺之或小柴胡汤主之,邪随经水而去。重用轻体是中医独有的思维,现代中医应将明体与达用并重。中医重用的思维方式,只有落到体的实处,才能更好地发扬经典中的理论。In Shang Han Za Bing Lun,the concept of blood chamber was first put forward, but there were different opinions on its specific anatomic location in opinion of doctors of the past dynasties.The dispute of the blood chamber lies in the emphases of function and the overlook of entity, namely, the imbalanced focus between entity and function of traditional Chinese medicine.The blood chamber was named after the function of the place where Qi and blood converge.It is difficult to infer its shape and anatomical position from the meaning of glyphs.Based on clauses No.97,No.143 and No.145 of Shang Han Lun,the blood chamber can be understood as another name of Liver.During the menstrual period of a woman, "the blood is weak and the Qi is exhausted, and pathogenic Qi flows in".This is also known as the "syndrome of Heat invading Blood chamber".Given once acupuncture of Qi Men or Xiao Chai Hu Decoction, the pathogenic Qi would go with the period.Emphasis on function yet contempt for entity is atheunique thinking of TCM,however, modern Chinese medicine should pay equal attention to entity and function.The emphasis function thinking mode of Chinese medicine, only when it falls into the entity, can we better carry forward those classic theories.
