摘 要:[目的]研究颗粒粒径与悬浮剂性能之间的关系。[方法]考察了20%咯菌腈悬浮剂不同颗粒粒径对黏度、悬浮率、稳定性指数(TSI)和热储性能的影响。[结果]20%咯菌腈悬浮剂的黏度随着粒径的减小而增加。悬浮率随着粒径的减小先增加后保持不变。稳定性指数越小,悬浮剂稳定性越好,稳定性指数随着粒径的减小先逐渐减小后趋近于恒定。热储后的黏度和析水率都趋近于相同,和热储前颗粒粒径没有明确相关性。当热储前粒径较小时,热储后粒径趋近于相同,当热储前粒径较大时,热储后粒径没有明显变化。[结论]在一定粒径范围内,20%咯菌腈悬浮剂粒径越小,黏度越大,悬浮率越高,稳定性指数越小。热储后的粒径、析水率和黏度与配方组成有关,和热储前颗粒粒径无关。[Aims] This paper aims to study the relationship between particle size and performance of suspension concentrate(SC). [Methods] The effects of particle size on viscosity, suspension rate, turbiscan stability index(TSI),and stability at elevated temperature of fludioxonil 20% SC were investigated. [Results] The viscosity of fludioxonil20% SC increased with the decrease of particle size. With the decrease of particle size, the suspension rate first increased and then remained unchanged. The smaller the TSI, the better the stability of SC. The TSI first decreased gradually and then tended to be constant with the decrease of particle size. The viscosity and separated water rate after thermal storage were close to the same, and there was no clear correlation with the particle size before thermal storage.When the particle size before thermal storage was small, the particle size after thermal storage tended to be the same.When the particle size before thermal storage was large, the particle size after thermal storage didnot change significantly. [Conclusions] Within a certain particle size range, the smaller the particle size is, the greater the viscosity is, the higher the suspension rate is, and the smaller the TSI is. The particle size, separated water rate and viscosity after thermal storage are related to the formula composition, but have no correlation with the particle size before thermal storage.
