摘  要:本文采用桐油和醇酸清漆对毛竹(Phyllostachys edulis)及炭化毛竹试材进行涂饰处理,评估试样表面视觉性质及耐腐性能差异。结果表明,毛竹经桐油和醇酸清漆涂饰后,以及在涂饰且腐朽后表现为明度不断降低,而炭化毛竹的明度则是先降低后升高。毛竹和炭化毛竹在涂饰后和涂饰且腐朽后的红绿轴色品指数分别呈现逐渐增大和先增大后降低的趋势,黄蓝轴色品指数均表现为先增大后降低,色度值均出现了不同程度增加。毛竹试样的色调角在涂饰后增大,在涂饰且腐朽后降低,而炭化毛竹的色调角则恰好相反。毛竹试样涂饰后的色差比涂饰且腐朽后更大,而炭化毛竹则相反。炭化毛竹及其涂饰桐油和醇酸清漆,毛竹涂饰桐油这4种试样能达到Ⅰ级强耐腐水平。毛白杨涂饰桐油,毛竹及其涂饰醇酸清漆,这3种试样能达到Ⅱ级耐腐水平。总的来看,相同涂饰条件下炭化毛竹和毛竹相比,相同试样条件下涂饰桐油比涂饰醇酸清漆涂的耐腐效果好。扫描电镜进一步证实了炭化毛竹相比毛竹在彩绒革盖菌(Coriolus versicolor)侵染后,其菌丝分布较少,结构保持完整,耐腐效果好。In this study,tung oil and alkyd varnish were used to paint moso bamboo(Phyllostachys edulis)and carbonized moso bamboo to evaluate the difference in color and decay resistance performance of the sample.The result showed that the lightness of moso bamboo decreased after being coated with tung oil and alkyd varnish,while the lightness of carbonized moso bamboo decreased first and then increased.The red-green axis color index of the moso bamboo and carbonized moso bamboo after coating and after coating and decay respectively showed a trend of gradual increasing and increasing first and then decreasing respectively.The yellow-blue axis color index both increased first and then decreased,and chromaticity value increased to different degrees.The hue angle of moso bamboo increased after coating and decreased after coating and decay,while the hue angle of carbonized moso bamboo was just the opposite.The chromatic aberration of the moso bamboo samples after coating was greater than that after coating and decay,while the carbonized moso bamboo was the opposite.Carbonized moso bamboo and its coated tung oil or alkyd varnish samples,and moso bamboo coated tung oil could reach theⅠlevel of strong decay resistance.The samples of Chinese white poplar coated tung oil,moso bamboo and their coated alkyd varnish could reach theⅡlevel of decay resistance.In general,compared with the carbonized moso bamboo and moso bamboo under the same coating conditions,the decay resistance of coated tung oil was better than that of alkyd varnish under the same sample conditions.SEM further confirmed that compared with moso bamboo,after infection by Coriolus.versicolor,carbonized moso bamboo had less mycelium distribution,the structure remained intact,and the decay resistance performance was good.
