摘 要:宫颈癌是严重威胁妇女生命健康的常见恶性肿瘤之一。叶酸为体内最重要的甲基提供者S-腺苷蛋氨酸(S-adenosylmethionine,SAM)合成的必需物质,广泛参与体内DNA甲基化,与肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关。近年研究显示,叶酸缺乏通过介导体内DNA甲基化异常在宫颈癌变过程中发挥协同作用,越来越受到学者的重视。本文就叶酸、DNA甲基化在宫颈癌变中的作用展开综述,以期为宫颈癌预防性药物的发现或靶向治疗的发展寻求新突破。Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors that threatens women's life and health seriously.Folate is an essential substance for the synthesis of S-adenosylmethionine(SAM),which is the most important provider of methyl in the body.It is widely involved in DNA methylation in the body and is closely related to the occurrence and progression of tumors.Recent studies have shown that folate deficiency plays a synergistic role in the carcinogenesis of cervical cancer by regulating abnormal methylation of DNA,which has attracted more and more attention from scholars.This article reviews the role of folate and DNA methylation in cervical carcinogenesis in order to seek new breakthroughs in the development of preventive drugs or targeted therapy for cervical cancer.
