摘  要:肿瘤转移是肿瘤恶化及死亡的主要原因,近年来研究发现,许多microRNA(miR)、蛋白分子、细胞信号转导通路等均可介导肿瘤迁移侵袭。Ezrin蛋白又称细胞绒毛蛋白,属埃兹蛋白/根蛋白/膜突蛋白(Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin,ERM)家族最早发现的一员,广泛分布于人体细胞内,是细胞骨架与细胞膜之间的连接蛋白,参与许多复杂的细胞生命活动。Ezrin作为近年来肿瘤转移相关研究的热点分子,可通过不同机制促进肌动蛋白的重新组装及肿瘤细胞间的起泡内吞影响肿瘤细胞运动,不仅影响肿瘤细胞转移的某一阶段,还可通过多种途径影响不同肿瘤及肿瘤转移的不同阶段。因此,Ezrin是肿瘤转移过程中的重要分子,也是肿瘤诊疗的创新靶点。本文对Ezrin的生物学结构及功能进行简要介绍,并对Ezrin影响多种肿瘤细胞转移途径做一概括和总结。Tumor metastasis is the main cause of tumor deterioration and death.In recent years,it has been found that many microRNAs(miRs),protein molecules,cell signal transduction pathways can mediate tumor migration and invasion.Ezrin protein,also known as cell chorionic protein,is a first discovered member of Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin(ERM)family,which is widely distributed in human cells.It is a connecting protein between cytoskeleton and cell membrane,participating in many complex cell life activities.Ezrin,as a hot molecule in tumor metastasis research in recent years,can affect the movement of tumor cells through different mechanisms,including promote the reassembly of actin and vesicular endocytosis between tumor cells.It affects not only a certain stage of tumor cell metastasis,but also different tumors and different stages of tumor metastasis through various ways.Therefore,Ezrin is an important molecule in the process of tumor development and an innovative target of tumor diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,the biological structure and function of Ezrin were briefly introduced,and the influence of Ezrin on various tumor cell metastasis was summarized.
