摘　　要：人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染可引起多种疾病,其中高危型人乳头瘤病毒与头颈部鳞状细胞癌及宫颈癌关系更加密切。近年来,大量研究表明口咽癌的发病率呈现逐年上升的趋势,其中又以HPV感染所造成的HPV相关性口咽鳞状细胞癌(oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinomas,OPSCCs)更为显著。本文主要对HPV相关性口咽癌的诊治现状进行分析,并对研究进展进行汇总,以期为日后HPV相关性口咽癌的诊断、预防与防治提供科学依据。Human papillomavirus infection can cause a variety of diseases,among which high-risk human papillomavirus and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma are more closely related to cervical cancer.In recent years,a large number of studies have confirmed that the incidence of oropharyngeal carcinoma is increasing year by year,among which the associated oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinomas caused by human papillomavirus infection is more significant.This article aims to review current status of clinical management of HPV-associated oropharyngeal cancer in recent years and to summarize progress in relevant research,in order to provide scientific basis for the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of HPV-associated oropharyngeal cancer in the future.
