摘  要:针对化学驱过程中驱油剂在岩心内会与原油产生乳状液,并对采收率产生一定影响的现象,通过对一元、二元、三元体系进行界面张力测定、测量体系与模拟油配制的乳状液的粒径、分析乳状液稳定性及贝雷岩心驱油实验,考察了乳化程度对复合体系驱油效果的影响。实验结果表明,三元体系与模拟油形成的乳状液平均粒径最小、稳定性最好、化学驱采收率最高,为31.08%;两种二元体系次之,化学驱采收率分别为17.25%和20.50%;一元体系不形成乳状液,化学驱采收率最低,为7.68%。说明体系乳化程度越深、乳状液越稳定的驱油体系驱油效果越好。During the chemical flooding,oil displacement agent will produce emulsion with oil in the core,which has a certain impact on the recovery.The interfacial tension of polymer,surfactant/polymer and alkali/surfactant/polymer system,the particle size of emulsion prepared by the system and simulated oil and the stability of emulsion were investigated and Berea core oil displacement experiment was carried out to study the influence of emulsification degree on oil displacement effect of composite system.The results show that the average particle size of the emulsion formed by alkali/surfactant/polymer system and simulated oil was the smallest with the best stability and the highest chemical flooding recovery of 31.08%.The chemical flooding recovery obtained by two surfactant/polymer systems were 17.25%and 20.50%,respectively.The single polymer system did not form emulsion,and the chemical flooding recovery was the lowest,which was 7.68%.The oil displacement experiment results indicated that the higher the emulsification degree,the more stable the emulsion and the better the displacement effect.
