摘 要:目的通过对比,了解基层卫生岗位对不同类别医务人员吸引力大小情况。方法采用问卷调查法,以江苏省4市12个基层卫生服务机构的当日所有在岗人员为调查对象,对调查所得结果进行统计分析。结果江苏省基层卫生服务机构中管理人员和勤务人员对岗位吸引力总体感知较低;不同类别医务人员对岗位吸引力三个维度总体评价呈现一致性,其中“工作主动性意愿”维度吸引力最高,“工作制度与环境”维度吸引力最低,但在“愿意承担责任义务”和“不会埋怨同事工作不认真”方面评价存在显著性差异;不同地区人员对岗位吸引力感知不同。结论相关部门应采取措施完善基层卫生服务机构工作制度、改善工作环境,重视提高管理人员和勤务人员各方面待遇,以提升基层卫生岗位的整体吸引力。Objective To understand the attractiveness of primary health posts to medical staffs with different types.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on staffs on duty of the day in 12 primary health service institutions in 4 cities of Jiangsu Province.Data was analyzed statistically.Results Managers and service personnel’s overall perception of job attractiveness in primary health service institutions of Jiangsu was low.The overall evaluation of job attractiveness of medical staffs with different types was consistent in three dimensions,among which the dimension of“work initiative”was the most attractive,and the dimension of“work system and environment”was the least.While there were significant differences in the evaluation of“willing to take responsibility”and“serious colleagues”.People in different regions had different perceptions of job attractiveness.Conclusion It is suggested for relevant departments to take measures to improve the working system and working environment of primary health institutions,and pay attention to improve the treatment of managers and service personnel,so as to enhance the overall attractiveness of primary health service institutions.
