摘 要:为了找出目前我国女子跳远运动员技术存在的问题,为其动作技术训练提供一定的理论依据和数据参考。运用文献资料法、三维录像解析法和数理统计法,对我国优秀女子跳远运动员起跳动作进行三维录像解析分析。研究得出:八名运动员的着地角均偏小,不利于快速起跳动作的完成;郑艳、陈水清和邹畅三名运动员的蹬地角均偏小;除陆敏佳和许小令外,其余六名运动员起跳扇面角偏大,降低了起跳效率。八名运动员起跳腿部力量偏弱以及抵抗冲击力的能力差,导致缓冲效果不理想;八名运动员都较好的控制了腾起角度,但绝对速度偏小使我国女子跳远运动员的腾起初速度与优秀运动员之间的差距加大。This paper aims to find out the technical problems of Chinese female long jumpers,and provide certain theoretical basis and data reference for their technique training.Using literature review method,three-dimensional video analysis method and mathematical statistics method,the three-dimensional video analysis of the take-off technique of our country's outstanding female long jumpers are carried out.The study concluded that the landing angles of the eight athletes were all too small,which was not conducive to the completion of the rapid take-off;the landing angles of Zheng Yan,Chen Shuiqing and Zou Chang were all too small;except for Lu Minjia and Xu Xiaoling,the remaining six athletes’take-off fan angle was too large,which reduces the take-off efficiency.All eight athletes have better control of the escaping angle,but the relatively small absolute speed has widened the gap between the initial leaping speed of Chinese female long jumpers and the elite athletes.
