摘　　要：时下以田径及球类教学为主,以民族民间体育项目为辅的体育课程教学现状因教学资源与条件的限制给我国民族传统体育项目的传承与发展造成困扰。基于此种现实,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,结合教学实际对红河州民族传统体育项目进行调查与挖掘并创编成特色民族韵律操。同时借鉴学习体育教学方法与模式的最新前沿,统合大中小学常用教学方法的优点,对异步教学法进行创新与优化,构建创新异步教学模式,并通过在高中学校施行民族传统体育项目教学实践以探究该模式的可行性。研究认为创新异步教学模式能很好地适用于高中体育教学,能够有效提高学生的民族传统体育学习兴趣与文化认同;红河州民族传统体育项目还可进行深入挖掘,以民族韵律操或其他形式得到更好的传承与发展。Nowadays,physical education curriculum is mainly based on athletics and ball sports teaching,supplemented by national folk sports.At the same time,due to the limitations of teaching resources and teaching conditions,the inheritance and development of traditional sports in our country have faced problems.On the basis of the status quo,this research uses methods including literature data and logical analysis,combined with teaching practice,to investigate and explore traditional ethnic sports in Honghe Prefecture,and create characteristic ethnic rhythmic exercises.At the same time,this research tries to learn from the latest frontiers of physical education teaching methods and models,integrate the advantages of commonly used teaching methods in universities,middle schools and primary schools,innovate and optimize asynchronous teaching methods,establish innovative asynchronous teaching models,and use them in high schools,to carry out the teaching practice of national traditional sports to explore the feasibility of this model.It is believed that the innovative asynchronous teaching mode can be well applied to high school physical education and can effectively improve students'interest and cultural identity in learning traditional national sports.The traditional national sports in Honghe Prefecture can also be better explored,and better inherited and developed in the form of ethnic rhythmic exercises or other forms.
