摘　　要：通过文献资料法和田野调查法,梳理了青海藏族、回族、土族、撒拉族、蒙古族五个民族分布的地理环境特征,通过分析其历史发展空间、生存空间以及文化空间,揭示藏族、回族、土族、撒拉族、蒙古族传统体育项目所彰显的文化内涵与地理环境的相关性,阐释了同一民族在不同的地理环境和文化区域下形成特有的民族体育文化特征,认为地理环境对青海世居少数民族传统体育文化的形成提供了发展空间,各民族形成的传统体育项目正是适应不同自然地理环境相应的生产生活方式,其发展与各区域历史文化相辅相成。Through the methods of literature review and field investigation,this paper summarizes the geographical environment characteristics of the distribution of Tibetan,Hui,Tu,Sala and Mongolian nationalities in Qinghai,analyzes their historical development space,living space and cultural space,so as to reveal the correlation between the geographical environment and the cultural connotation highlighted by the traditional sports of Tibetan,Hui,Tu,Sala and Mongolian,as well as the characteristics of the same nationality under different geographical environment and cultural areas.It is believed that the geographical environment provides the development space for the formation of the traditional sports culture in Qinghai Province,and the sports projects formed in all ethnic groups are coordinating with their ways of production and life that adapt to different natural and geographical environments.Its development complements its regional history and culture.
