摘　　要：作业治疗学是康复治疗学本科专业核心课程,但在传统教学中未涉及社会实践的教学内容,与学科发展现状和课程目标有一定差距,导致学生普遍反映理论深奥、临床无从下手,失去了学习兴趣。在重庆医科大学康复治疗学专业作业治疗学课程改革和建设中,创新设置“课堂教学-实操演练-社会实践-创新反思-回馈社会”五步教学模式,学生通过“学-练-践-思-馈”五步学习法,不断夯实理论知识,在实践中提升康复技能、开拓创新意识,取得了很好的教学效果。Occupational therapy is one of the core courses of rehabilitation therapy,however,the previous traditional teaching does not involve the social practice,which has a gap with the current situation of discipline development and curriculum objectives.Also the students feel difficulty learning the profound theory and clinical skills,and loss of interest in learning.In the reform and construction of occupational therapy curriculum for rehabilitation therapy in Chongqing Medical University,a five-step teaching mode of“classroom teaching-practical exercise-social practice-innovative reflection-back to the society”has been set up.Through the five-step learning method of“learn-exercise-practice-think-feedback”,students have consolidated their theoretical knowledge,improved the skills and developed the innovative consciousness in practice,and achieved good teaching results.
