摘 要:中医师承教育模式,即“师带徒”模式,近年来一直为各个中医院校探索的热点之一。由于传统的师承模式和院校教育模式各有千秋,国内学者普遍认为两者结合才是中医教育模式发展的主流趋势,把院校教育和师承教育有机的结合,才能为中医药人才培养创造更多的可能性。以院校教育的底蕴辅以师承教育的特色,结合各家所长,才能为中医药人才培养创造一片沃土。文章就中医师承教育模式的分析与展望做一综述。The mode of master and apprentice teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which is,the“teachers and disciples”model,has been one of the hottest topics explored by various Chinese hospitals in recent years.As the traditional teacher-education model and the college education model have their own advantages,domestic scholars generally believe that the combination of these two is the mainstream trend of the development of the TCM education model.Only the organic combination of college education and teacher education can create more possibilities for the training of TCM talents.Only by combining the cultural background of college education with the characteristics of mentoring education,can we create a fertile land for the cultivation of TCM talents.This paper summarizes the analysis and prospect of the education mode of master and apprentice teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.
