摘  要:糖尿病是一种慢性非传染性疾病,糖尿病及其并发症严重威胁人们的健康,影响人们的生活质量、增加经济负担。中医称之为“消渴”。中医药膳食疗历史悠久,是以阴阳五行理论为基础,以中医整体观念和辨证论治基本理论为指导,以“医食同源”“药食同源”为中心,寓医药于食,从而达到保健养生、防治疾病的目的。文章就近年糖尿病中医食疗的临床研究进行概述。Diabetes is a chronic disease,and diabetes and its complications are a serious threat to people’s health,affecting people’s quality of life,increasing the economic burden.It calls“consumptive thirst”in traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine dietotherapy has a long history,which is based on the theory of Wu Xing,guided by the concept of traditional Chinese medicine as a whole and the basic theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment,centered on“medicine and food are of the same origin”and“medicine and food are of the same origin”,and containing medicine in food,in order to achieve health care,prevention and treatment of diseases.This article summarizes the clinical research of traditional Chinese food therapy for diabetes in recent years.
