OCT与ERG在遗传性视网膜劈裂症临床诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析光学相干断层扫描(OCT)与视网膜电流图(ERG)在遗传性视网膜劈裂症临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选择我院2017年4月至2021年4月收治的80例疑似遗传性视网膜劈裂症患者,均行OCT与ERG检查。以荧光素眼底血管造影为金标准,比较OCT、 ERG对遗传性视网膜劈裂症的诊断效能。结果 80例疑似遗传性视网膜劈裂症患者中,经荧光素眼底血管造影确诊66例,检出率为82.50%。OCT诊断遗传性视网膜劈裂症的灵敏度、特异度与准确度分别为90.91%、 85.71%、90.00%,高于ERG的77.27%、 35.71%、 70.00%(P<0.05)。结论 OCT与ERG在遗传性视网膜劈裂症临床诊断中具有较高的应用价值,其中OCT对遗传性视网膜劈裂症的诊断效能优于ERG。Objective To analyze the application value of optical coherence tomography(OCT)and electroretinogram(ERG)in the clinical diagnosis of hereditary retinoschisis.Methods 80 patients with suspected hereditary retinoschisis admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2021 were selected and given OCT and ERG.Taking fluorescein fundus angiography as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficiency of OCT and ERG in hereditary retinoschisis was compared.Results Among 80 patients with suspected hereditary retinoschisis,66 cases were diagnosed by fluorescein fundus angiography,with detection rate of 82.50%.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of OCT in the diagnosis of hereditary retinoschisis were 90.91%,85.71% and 90.00% respectively,higher than 77.27%,35.71% and 70.00% of ERG(P<0.05).Conclusions OCT and ERG have higher application value in the clinical diagnosis of hereditary retinoschisis,but OCT has better diagnostic efficacy than ERG in hereditary retinoschisis.
