摘　　要：目的 分析MYCBP在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)中的变化与临床病理特征的关系及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化法检测62例HCC患者术后肿瘤组织和癌旁组织中MYCBP相对含量(IRS评分),分析多个临床病理特征与无病生存期(DFS)、 MYCBP含量的关系。结果 肿瘤组织MYCBP的IRS评分明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。MYCBP含量与病理分化程度、病灶数量、门静脉癌栓形成等临床病理特征相关(P<0.05)。MYCBP低含量组的术后DFS明显长于MYCBP高含量组(P<0.05)。结论 MYCBP含量在HCC中增加,并与某些临床病理指标及术后DFS存在关联,对HCC预后判断有一定临床意义。Objective To analyze the correlation of MYCBP change in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and clinicopathological features and the clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the MYCBP relative content(IRS score)in tumor tissues and paracancerous tissues of 62 HCC patients after surgery,and analyze the correlation among clinicopathological features,disease free survival(DFS)and MYCBP content.Results The IRS score of MYCBP in tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues(P<0.05).MYCBP content was correlated with pathological differentiation degree,lesion number and portal vein tumor thrombus(P<0.05).The postoperative DFS of MYCBP in the low-content group was significantly longer than that in the MYCBP high-content group(P<0.05).Conclusions The increased MYCBP content in HCC is associated with some multiple clinicopathological features and postoperative DFS,with clinical significance for the HCC prognosis judgement.
