摘　　要：目的 分析氧化应激反应指标及血清hs-CRP对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者溶栓治疗效果的评估价值。方法 选取2019年6月至2021年6月我院收治的86例ACI患者,均行溶栓治疗,根据治疗效果将其分为预后良好组(n=63)和预后不良组(n=23)。比较两组的GSH-Px、 ROS、 hs-CRP水平,绘制ROC曲线分析各指标对溶栓治疗效果的评估价值,并采用Pearson分析各指标与患者NIHSS评分的相关性。结果 溶栓治疗后,预后良好组的GSH-Px水平高于预后不良组, ROS、 hsCRP水平低于预后不良组(P<0.05)。GSH-Px、 ROS、 hs-CRP的AUC分别为0.673、 0.811、 0.694,均对溶栓治疗效果有显著的评估价值(P<0.05)。患者NIHSS评分与GSH-Px呈负相关(r=-0.467, P<0.05),与ROS、 hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.529、0.388, P<0.05)。结论 GSH-Px、 ROS、 hs-CRP对ACI患者溶栓治疗效果具有显著的评估价值,有助于判定其预后。Objective To analyze the evaluation value of oxidative stress response indicators and serum hs-CRP on thrombolytic therapy effect for patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 86 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and given thrombolytic therapy.According to the treatment effect,the patients were divided into good prognosis group(n=63)and poor prognosis group(n=23).The GSH-Px,ROS and hs-CRP levels were compared between the two groups.The ROC curve was drawn to analyze the evaluation value of each index on the thrombolytic therapy effect,and the correlation between each index and NIHSS score was analyzed by Pearson test.Results After thrombolytic therapy,the GSH-Px level of the good prognosis group was higher than that of the poor prognosis group,and the ROS and hs-CRP levels were lower than those of the poor prognosis group(P<0.05).The AUC of GSH-Px,ROS and hs-CRP were 0.673,0.811 and 0.694,respectively,which had significant evaluation value for thrombolytic therapy effect(P<0.05).NIHSS score was negatively correlated with GSH-Px(r=-0.467,P<0.05),and was positively correlated with ROS and hs-CRP(r=0.529,0.388,P<0.05).Conclusions GSH-Px,ROS and hs-CRP have significant evaluation value on the thrombolytic therapy effect for ACI patients,and are helpful to determine the prognosis.
