尼莫地平联合拉坦前列腺素治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察尼莫地平联合拉坦前列腺素治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者的效果。方法:选取80例原发性开角型青光眼患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用拉坦前列素滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予尼莫地平片治疗。比较两组治疗前后视盘筛板血流指标(血流速度、血流量、红细胞移动率)水平、视力相关指标(眼压、视野缺损度、视网膜光敏感度、视力)水平、房水相关指标[促红细胞生成素(EPO)、内皮素(ET)-1、可溶性CD44分子(sCD44)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组血流速度、血流量、红细胞移动率均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组眼压、视野缺损度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组视网膜光敏感度、视力水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组EPO、ET-1、sCD44水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尼莫地平联合拉坦前列腺素治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者可提高视盘筛板血流指标水平,改善视力相关指标水平,以及降低房水相关指标水平和不良反应发生率,效果优于单纯拉坦前列素治疗效果。Objective:To observe effects of Nimodipine combined with Latanoprost in treatment of patients with primary open-angle glaucoma.Methods:80 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Latanoprost eye drops,while the observation group was treated with Nimodipine tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of optic disc sieve plate blood flow indexes(blood flow velocity,blood flow volume,red blood cell movement rate),the visual acuity-related index levels(intraocular pressure,visual field defect,retinal light sensitivity,visual acuity)levels,the aqueous humor-related index levels[erythropoietin(EPO),endothelin(ET)-1,soluble CD44(sCD44)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the blood flow velocities,the blood flow volumes,and the red blood cell movement rates of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of intraocular pressure and visual field defect in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the levels of the retinal light sensitivity and the visual acuity of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of EPO,ET-1 and sCD44 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in
