摘 要:目的探讨不同营养状况对晚期早产儿与足月新生儿肺功能的影响。方法方便选取2019年5月—2020年12月该院新生儿科收治晚期早产儿及足月新生儿共162例作为研究对象,运用多维度新生儿营养风险筛查方法,将其分为营养风险组98例、无营养风险组64例。对营养风险与体质量变化进行相关性分析;比较不同营养风险组新生儿肺功能检查结果。结果新生儿营养风险与体质量变化之间有明显相关性(P<0.001);营养风险组潮气量(VT)[(20.421±4.155)mL vs(24.122±5.103)mL]、VT/kg[(6.772±1.164)mL vs(7.397±1.439)mL]、分钟通气量(MV)[(1.270±0.282)L vs(1.482±0.363)L]、MV/kg[(0.421±0.083)L vs(0.453±0.104)L]均明显低于无营养风险组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.060、3.037、4.172、2.171,P<0.05)。结论新生儿营养风险与其体质量变化有明显相关性;营养风险组新生儿肺功能的肺容量相关指标(VT、VT/kg、MV、MV/kg)明显低于无营养风险组,提示新生儿期营养状态改善对肺容量发育有重要价值。Objective To explore the effects of different nutritional status on the lung function of late preterm infants and full-term neonates.Methods A total of 162 cases of late premature infants and full-term neonates admitted to the hospital's neonatology department from May 2019 to December 2020 were convenient selected as the research objects.Used a multi-dimensional newborn nutrition risk screening method,they were divided into 98 cases in the nutrition risk group and 64 cases in the no nutrition risk group.Correlation analysis of nutritional risk and weight change.Compared the results of pulmonary function tests of newborns in different nutritional risk groups.Results There was a significant correlation between neonatal nutritional risk and weight change(P<0.001).Nutrition risk group tidal volume(VT)[(20.421±4.155)mL vs(24.122±5.103)mL],VT/kg[(6.772±1.164)mL vs(7.397±1.439)mL],minute ventilation(MV)[(1.270±0.282)L vs(1.482±0.363)L],MV/kg[(0.421±0.083)L vs(0.453±0.104)L]were significantly lower than the no nutrition risk group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.060,3.037,4.172,2.171,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the nutritional risk of newborns and their weight changes.The lung volume-related indicators(VT,VT/kg,MV,MV/kg)of neonatal lung function in the nutrition risk group were significantly lower than those in the no nutrition risk group,suggesting that the improvement of the neonatal nutritional status has important value for lung volume development.
