中国玻璃钢渔船标准体系现状分析与需求探讨

摘　　要：构建完善的玻璃钢渔船标准体系,是玻璃钢渔船产业发展强有力的技术和管理支撑。本研究首先介绍了中国玻璃钢渔船发展进程和推动玻璃钢渔船产业发展的政策趋势,概括了中国渔船标准体系现状,并且分析了中国玻璃钢渔船现行行业标准的标龄、领域分布和各功能标准现状,讨论了与玻璃钢渔船相关的其他标准的应用。在此基础上探讨了中国玻璃钢渔船标准体系构建需求,构建包括环保系列标准在内的更加完善的技术标准体系、以玻璃钢渔船建造全过程管理为主要内容的管理标准体系和以玻璃钢渔船产业链关键岗位工作标准为主体的工作标准体系。The establishment of perfect fiber reinforced plastics(FRP)fishing boat standard system can provide strong technical and management support for the development of FRP fishing boats industry.Firstly,the paper introduced the development process of FRP fishing boats in China and the policy trend of FRP fishing boats industry development,and summarized the present situation of Chinese fishing boats standard system.Then the age,field distribution of current industry standard for FRP fishing boats in China and current situation of each functional standard were analyzed,and the application of other standards related to FRP fishing boats were discussed.On this basis,the demand for standard system construction of FRP fishing boats in China were discussed,covering more perfect technical standard system including environmental protection standards,the management standard system with the whole process management of FRP fishing boat construction as the main content,and the work standard system with the key position work standards in FRP fishing boats industry chain as the main content.
