中药材产地加工研究现状及现代研究特点探讨

摘　　要：中药材产地加工是影响中药安全性和有效性的源头工序,通过查阅和研究近5年中药材产地加工相关文献,总结和分析中药材产地加工研究的现状及现代研究手段,并对其所呈现的趋势和特点进行重点分析,发现现阶段产地加工研究的评价手段较单一、片面,药效学、毒理学等论证研究较少,还处在"找成分、测含量"的单一研究模式,未来需进一步明确加工参数,将中药材产地加工和饮片炮制一体化,构建一个"化学成分指标多元化""分析手段多元化""评价模式多元化"三者有机结合的多元化研究模式。The processing of Chinese herbal medicine origin is the source process affecting the safety and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine. By reviewing and studying the relevant literatures on the processing of Chinese herbal medicines in the past five years, the current status and modern research methods of the research and development of Chinese herbal medicines are summarized and analyzed. The trend and characteristics of the key analysis, found that the evaluation methods of the origin processing research at this stage are relatively single, one-sided.Meanwhile, pharmacodynamics, toxicology and other argumentation studies are still less, still in the "search for components, measurement content" single research model. In future, it is necessary to further clarify the processing parameters, to integrate the processing of Chinese herbal medicines and the processing of the pieces, and construct a diversified research model that combines the three aspects of “diversified chemical composition indicators”, “diversified analytical methods” and “diversified evaluation models”.
