摘  要:高校教师兼职兼薪是高校教师履行服务社会职能、促进知识资本转化和知识价值增值的重要途径。受多重制度逻辑下相关利益主体目标及行为差异性的影响,高校教师兼职兼薪容易陷入政治逻辑与学术知识逻辑、市场逻辑与学术知识逻辑、效用逻辑与学术知识逻辑之间矛盾的现实困境。因此,治理高校教师兼职兼薪,应引导政治逻辑与学术知识逻辑相互结合,推进政策执行与人才培养定位相统一;应缩小学术知识逻辑与市场逻辑间的距离,完善教师兼职兼薪制度以填补"制度真空";应提升高校教师回应社会公众问题的思想意识,促进社会服务中知识层面的转化。Part-time job is a way for university teachers to fulfill their social service function, promote the transformation of knowledge capital and increase the value of knowledge. Due to the influence of different stakeholders’ goals and behaviors in multiple institutional logics, the part-time job of university teachers is likely to lead to the real dilemma of conflicts between academic knowledge logic and political logic, economic logic, and social public logic. Therefore, to govern the part-time jobs of university teachers, we should guide the combination of political logic and academic knowledge logic, and promote the unity of policy implementation and personnel training orientation. The distance between the academic logic and the market logic should be narrowed, and the relevant systems should be perfected to fill the “institutional vacuum”.It is necessary to enhance the consciousness of university teachers in responding to public problems and promote the transformation of knowledge in social service.
