湖北省职高学生烟草使用流行状况及行为影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解湖北省职业高中学生吸烟行为现况并分析其影响因素,为烟草控制措施的制定提供依据。方法 2019年6—10月,使用分层多阶段随机抽样方法,从湖北省随机抽取职业高中学生,采用全球青少年烟草调查问卷进行调查。结果职业高中学生现在吸烟率为10.6%,其中男性为15.9%,吸烟量超过1支/d的占59.7%,过去30 d在家庭以外场所抽烟的占80.0%,年龄(OR=0.23,95%CI:0.19~0.27)、性别(OR=1.22,95%CI:1.15~1.30)、可支配钱(OR=1.37,95%CI:1.20~1.56)、二手烟暴露(家庭内OR=1.25,95%CI:1.19~1.30,家庭外OR=1.40,95%CI:1.34~1.46)及父母都抽烟(OR=2.08,95%CI:1.49~2.91)是职高学生现在吸烟行为的危险因素。结论湖北省职高学生烟草流行形势严峻,应该进一步加大对青少年的控烟宣传教育,加强无烟环境尤其是无烟家庭建设。Objective To understand the status of tobacco use and its influencing factors among secondary school students in Hubei Province, and to provide scientific evidence for further developing tobacco control strategies.MethodsMultistage stratified clustering random sampling was used, secondary school students in Hubei Province were selected with a self-administrated questionnaires survey.The global youth tobacco survey questionnaire was used.Results The rate of current tobacco use among secondary school students in Hubei Province was 10.6%,while the male smoking rate was 15.9%.59.7% of secondary school students had more than 1 cigarette every day, 80% smokers had their cigarette out of home.Age, pocket money, second-hand smoke exposure and parents smoking were risk factors of current smoke behavior among secondary school students, the OR(95%CI)were 0.23(0.19-0.27),1.22(1.15-1.30),1.37(1.20-1.56),1.25(1.19-1.30,in house),1.40(1.34-1.46,out of home)and 2.08(1.49-2.91),respectively.Conclusion The status of tobacco use was quite serious among secondary school students in Hubei Province.The information and education about tobacco control should be more powerful among secondary school students, and the smoke-free public places, especially smoke-free home should be strongly encouraged.
