摘　　要：目的探究蜡疗法联合甲钴胺治疗白蛋白结合型紫杉醇所致周围神经毒性反应的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月北京市朝阳区三环肿瘤医院收治的98例白蛋白结合型紫杉醇所致周围神经毒性患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为单药治疗组(49例)与联合治疗组(49例)。单药治疗组采用甲钴胺片治疗,联合治疗组采用甲钴胺片联合蜡疗法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)及运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、疼痛程度及安全性。结果联合治疗组的治疗总有效率高于单药治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗后的MNCV、SNCV正中神经及腓总神经传导速度均高于单药治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗后的疼痛程度低于单药治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蜡疗法联合甲钴胺治疗白蛋白结合型紫杉醇所致的周围神经毒性反应疗效显著,能够加快神经传导速度,减轻疼痛,且不良反应较少,具有推广应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of wax therapy combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity caused by Albumin-Bound Paclitaxel.Methods A total of 98 patients with Albumin-Bound Paclitaxel-induced peripheral neurotoxicity admitted to Chaoyang District Third Ring Tumor Hospital,Beijing from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into monotherapy group(49 cases)and combination group(49 cases).The monotherapy group was treated with Mecobalamine Tablets,and the combination group was treated with Mecobalamine Tablets combined with wax therapy.The therapeutic effect,sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV),pain degree and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of monotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).MNCV,SNCV median nerve conduction velocity and peroneal nerve conduction velocity in the combination group were higher than those in the monotherapy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of pain after treatment in the combination group was lower than that in the monotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of wax therapy and Mecobalamin has a significant effect on peripheral neurotoxicity caused by Albumin-Bound Paclitaxel.It can speed up nerve conduction,relieve pain,and has fewer adverse reactions,which has the value of popularization and application.
