摘 要:通过对具有良好吸波性能的SiC分子表面进行有机改性处理,改善SiC与尼龙11(PA11)的相容性,采用物理熔融共混制备PA11/SiC复合材料并研究其电磁性质和微波吸收性能。实验结果表明:在SiC含量为10%的PA11/SiC复合材料在厚度为2 mm时具有比较强的吸收,达到-26 dB,且反射衰减低于-10 dB(代表超过90%的吸收)的频带宽度超过4 GHz,由此得出,PA11/SiC复合材料是一种微波波段优异的吸收材料。The compatibility of SiC with nylon 11(PA11)was improved by organically modifying the surface of SiC molecules with good absorbing properties.PA11/SiC composites were prepared by superfusion blending and their electromagnetic properties and microwave absorption properties were studied.Experiments showed that PA11/SiC composite material with 10%SiC content had a relatively strong absorption at the thickness of 2 mm,up to-26 dB,and the reflection attenuation less than-10 dB(representing more than 90%absorption)had a frequency band width of more than 4 GHz.Therefore,it was concluded that PA11/SiC composite was an excellent absorption material in microwave band.
