摘 要:精益供应链管理思想很好地破解了在商品供给由总量矛盾变为结构性矛盾的转型时期,由于不能敏捷反应客户需求而导致的供给困境。高等教育发展到大众化(普及化)阶段后出现了人才供给相对过剩、招人难和就业难"两难"的结构性矛盾。面对新形势、新问题,地方高校工程教育应以精益供应链管理思想为指导,通过产教融合推进应用型转型。工程教育供给要敏捷反映产业需求、提高供给效度,就要产教"适合"、产教"同频共振"、产教"全要素融合",协同和集成产教优质教育资源、把人才供应链的价值提升作为产教双方的共同旨归。Lean supply chain management thought has solved the supply dilemma caused by the lack of agile response to customer demand in the transition period when the supply of goods has changed from the total contradiction to the structural contradiction.After higher education has developed to the stage of popularization,there appear the structural contradiction of the relative surplus of talent supply,recruitment difficulty and employment difficulty.Facing the new situation and new problems,engineering education in local universities should be guided by lean supply chain management and promote applied transformation through the integration of industry and education.In order to reflect the demand of industry and improve the supply efficiency,it is necessary to coordinate and integrate high-quality education resources of industry and education,and regard the value improvement of talent supply chain as the common goal of both industry and education.
