摘 要:韩国高校美容相关专业在课程设置、实践教学、课堂教学元素、学生满意度调研等方面有一套成熟的做法和成功的经验,这对我国高校相关专业的课程设置与教学实践有一定的借鉴意义。我国美容领域要从现有的以技能为主的美容教育转变为以学科基础为支撑的教育,在立足课程建设基础上增设美容相关本科专业;美容课程设置上,要重点建设学科基础知识与实践相结合的课程体系,深化课程之间的相互呼应和有效衔接,强化校企合作并加强实操训练。要不断健全应用型人才培养机制,加大优质人才的培育力度。The cosmetology majors in South Korea have a set of mature practices and successful experiences in curriculum design, practice teaching, classroom teaching elements, student satisfaction survey and other aspects, which can be used for reference for the curriculum design and teaching practice of relevant majors in Chinese universities. China’s cosmetology field should change from the existing skill-based cosmetology education to the education supported by subject foundations,and add cosmetology related undergraduate majors on the basis of curriculum construction. Cosmetology courses should focus on the construction of a curriculum system combining basic knowledge and practice, deepen the mutual echo and effective connection between courses, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and strengthen practical training, and constantly improve the training mechanism for application-oriented talents, and strengthen the cultivation of high-quality talents.
