摘　　要：工会学是应用科学社会主义的理论和方法,研究工会的产生和发展过程以及工会活动规律的一门重要学科,对推动和促进我国工会事业的发展具有重要作用。在新的历史发展阶段,国际、国内环境发生了深刻变化,工会学应当与时俱进,守正创新,不断开创中国特色工会学学科建设的新局面。Trade union theory is the important subject to apply scientific socialism theory and method, as well as to study the generation and development process of trade unions and trade union activities, which plays an important role in promoting the development of trade unions of China. In the new stage of historical development, profound changes have taken place in the international and domestic environment. Trade union theory should keep pace with the times,keep upright and innovate, and constantly create a new situation in the construction of trade union discipline construction with Chinese characteristics.
