摘　　要：目的探讨血清标记物CA15-3、HSP90A、OPN、SLPI对乳腺癌的早期预测作用。方法对60名随后罹患乳腺癌的患者和40名健康体检者对照者的样本通过ELISA对血清标记物CA15-3、HSP90A、OPN、SLPI进行检测,采用Pearson相关分析评估各项指标之间的相关性,通过ROC曲线判断其对乳腺癌的早期预测作用。结果与正常对照组相比,随后罹患乳腺癌患者CA15-3、HSP90A、OPN和SLPI等指标均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且差异具有统计学意义。结论在乳腺癌的早期预测中,CA15-3的诊断效价最高,其次分别是是HSP90A、OPN和SLPI,并且这四项指标对乳腺癌的早期预测都具有潜在的意义。Objective To explore the predictive effect of serum markers CA15-3,HSP90A,OPN and SLPI on early breast cancer.Methods The serum markers CA15-3,HSP90a,OPN and SLPI were detected by ELISA on the samples of 60breast cancer patients and 40healthy subjects.Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between the four indicators.The ROC curve was used to judge the predictive effect of these four indicators on early breast cancer.Results Compared with the normal control group,CA15-3,HSP90a,OPN and SLPI of the patients with breast cancer were significantly higher than those of the normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the prediction of early breast cancer,CA15-3has the highest diagnostic value,followed by HSP90a,OPN and SLPI,and these four indicators have potential significance in the prediction of early breast cancer.
