摘　　要：髓母细胞瘤(MB)的预后与该肿瘤的分子分型和危险分层密切相关。根据术前影像学检查和术后病理学及基因检测结果可以明确MB的分子病理,进一步确定分型,并依据危险分层制定个体化的治疗策略,同时判断预后。本文从MB的遗传(分子)群入手,根据MB发生发展中的细胞、基因、分子变化,综述MB的分子分型、危险分层及预后的研究进展。The prognosis of medulloblastoma(MB)is closely related to the molecular subgroup and risk stratification of the tumor.According to the results of preoperative imaging examination and postoperative pathology and genetic testing,the molecular pathology of MB can be clarified,the classification can be further determined,and individualized treatment strategies can be formulated according to the risk classification,and the prognosis can be judged at the same time.This article starts with the genetic(molecular)group of MB,and review the research advances of MB molecular subgroup,risk stratification and prognosis based on the cell,gene,and molecular changes in the development of MB.
