摘  要:在预应力锚杆施工中,如何快速、精确对预应力锚杆进行张拉是工艺控制的重难点,因此提出一种简易可行的扭矩——锚固力转换装置,通过模拟现场工况,以获得较为精确的扭矩与锚固力间转换关系,经现场实测,不仅可提高锚杆张拉效率,而且张拉精度较传统方法有所提高,在实际施工中具有较强的可操作性。In the construction of pre-stressed anchor rod,how to tension the pre-stressed anchor rod quickly and accurately is a difficult point in the process control.Therefore,a simple and feasible torque converter,anchoring force converter,is proposed in this paper.By simulating field conditions,a more accurate conversion relationship between torque and anchoring force can be obtained.By field measurement,not only the tension efficiency of anchor rod can be improved,but also the tension accuracy can be improved compared with the traditional method,which has strong operability in actual construction.
