摘  要:基础医学器官系统整合课程(OSBC)在南昌大学实施以来,对于培养医学生临床思维、提升综合能力起到了积极作用,但也存在一些弊端。基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,教学团队对心血管系统的教学进行了改革,采用了思维导图联合PBL教学法。教学实践表明,思维导图联合PBL教学能有效提高学生的学习效率及综合素质,培养逻辑思维和临床思维能力。Since the organ-system based curriculum(OSBC) of basic medicine has been implemented in Nanchang University,some defects have been identified,although it has played a positive role in developing clinical thinking and improving comprehensive abilities in medical students.Based on outcome-based education(OBE) model,the authors adopted the method of mind mapping combined with PBL in the teaching of cardiovascular system,and found that this teaching method can improve the learning efficiency and comprehensive quality in students,as well as cultivate their logical thinking ability and clinical thinking ability.
